Data Strategy for Health and Human Services Report

This strategy provides a roadmap for using data as a strategic asset to improve health and human services across Franklin County and Columbus, Ohio. Developed by the Data Leaders Group in partnership with Smart Columbus, it outlines eight priorities to help residents access support more easily and enable service providers to deliver better coordinated care. Together, we can build a data ecosystem that is trusted, transparent, and centered on community needs.
